This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, having meaningful conversations, and taking a genuine interest in people's stories and motivations. You will be working within a managed programme, fully supported by a dedicated Coach, who will help you grow in confidence, skills, and effectiveness in supporter engagement.

If you are passionate about nurturing our supporter relationships so that they feel valued and appreciated and you are happy to manage a portfolio of mid-level donors, then you could be the person we are looking for to join our team.

No previous fundraising experience is required as full training, support and coaching will be provided. However, you will need excellent communication and administrative skills with the ability to work collaboratively across all departments.

This position will be based at our Broadcast Centre, Hanchurch Lane, Hanchurch ST4 8RY. We anticipate returning to newly refurbished premises in Westport Road, Burslem, Stoke on Trent ST6 4JF late 2026. Hybrid/remote working (with regular travel to UCB) might be considered.

Salary: £25,424 per annum plus staff benefits that include life assurance of 4x salary, healthcare cash plan, and matched pension contributions up to 6%
