They design, supply, and install a wide range of flue systems for commercial clients across the UK, serving appliances such as boilers, water heaters, bakery ovens, and commercial fireplaces. As a key member of their dynamic and motivated installation team, you'll be responsible for installing flue systems at sites across the UK. With a large order book and high demand for their services, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and grow with a fast-moving company. The role will involve independent site visits, where you'll interact with clients directly, so confidence, strong communication skills, and self-motivation are essential. There's also the potential for advancement.
Are you the right person for the job?
- Background in plumbing, heating, ventilation, mechanical engineering, or maintenance
- Technically competent with strong customer service skills
- Mechanical knowledge, manual skills, and the ability to work on construction sites
- Enthusiastic, proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated.
- Confident in communicating directly with clients and solving problems on-site
- Full UK driving license (own vehicle to commute to Cannock office)
- Willingness to work at heights, flexible with early starts, and reliable
- CSCS, PASMA, IPAF, and Health & Safety certificates (preferred, but full training provided)
- Enhanced DBS required (can be obtained)
What will your role look like?
- Installing flue systems for commercial clients nationwide
- Independent site visits with direct client interaction
- Supporting Commercial Flue Installation Engineers and working on individual tasks
- Minimal overnight stays per year (travel and accommodation covered)
- Working in a hardworking but rewarding role within a supportive team
- Undertake on-the-job and site-based training to develop the skills required for the role
What can you expect in return?
- Basic salary from £30,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- Overtime is available most months, including paid travel time from the office
- Any hours worked over 40 per week are paid at overtime rates, with Saturdays at time and a half and Sundays at double time
- Company van (Business Use Only), tools, and uniform provided

- 28 days holiday per year, including 20 standard days and 8 UK bank holidays, with days taken over the Christmas shutdown (normally 3)
