The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated person to join a team of staff in Keele University's Vice Chancellor's Office, who are responsible for the Transformation Team.

The post holder/successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of exciting business change projects which are critical to the ongoing development of professional services at Keele University.

The primary focus of the role is to lead on the capture and analysis of customer and user requirements for services and through an analytical approach, ensuring data is converted to actionable insight for service design and change.

Critically you will work across services to map customer journeys and engage a wide variety of stakeholders carefully assessing current user experience and planning future service levels.

You will have qualifications and experience in business analysis or process design (e.g. BCS, IIBA, ISEB, LEAN six sigma, ITIL, relevant degree etc).
