Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects alongside the Project Manager to ensure smooth execution from planning to completion

• Handle client communications, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of queries

• Schedule and book jobs onto the system, maintaining accurate records and workflow organisation

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in fleet livery, vehicle wrapping, or rail graphic installations is advantageous

• Solid understanding of installation and production processes within vehicle or rail graphics

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the business
