We are currently seeking to recruit a FLT Driver/ Warehouse Assistant to join our busy Distribution Centre based in Stoke.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receipt and handling of goods
• Operating FLT equipment safely and efficiently
• Assisting with general warehouse duties including stock management and order picking
• Supporting Health & Safety practices in line with company standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

Requirements:

• Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance or Reach)
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and physically fit

Desirable:

• Experience conducting site safety inspections or contributing to safety audits
• Familiarity with risk assessments and safe working practices
