We are seeking an experienced Buyer to join our team on a 9-month contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing supplier relationships, placing orders, and supporting the operational supply chain using an MRP system.

• Procure materials to meet production requirements.
• Prepare supply chain documentation and quotations.
• Assist the Senior Buyer in supplier selection.
• Conduct daily reviews of MRP systems.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to enhance Quality, Cost, and Delivery performance.
• Raise and manage Purchase Orders in alignment with production schedules.

• Strong communication skills, capable of interacting at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of Access is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems for BOM, scheduling, forecast analysis, and capacity planning.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
