Technical Trainer

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Technical Trainer to join our client s team in Stoke-On-Trent, playing a pivotal role in the design, delivery, and development of high-quality training solutions across technical domains. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including commercial clients, to ensure training programmes meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver technical training programmes to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and source effective training solutions for a range of audiences, including technical and non-technical teams
  • Engage confidently with customer personnel and technical experts at all levels
  • Maintain detailed and accurate training documentation and materials
  • Represent the organisation professionally at customer sites, and commercial environments
  • Adapt training delivery to meet the needs of varied learners and environments
  • Support the continuous improvement of training offerings, contributing proactively to team initiatives
  • Establish and evolve the technical trainer function within the business

Skills & Experience

  • Level 3 Certificate in Education and Training (or equivalent)
  • ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation Certification
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on quality
  • High standard of written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with both customer and technical stakeholders
  • Strong initiative and team collaboration skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing organisational needs
  • Eligible to obtain (or currently hold) SC security clearance

This role will require you to be on site 2 days a week and will pay up to £90,000 base + benefits. Ideally you will be from a SaaS/Financial Services background.
