IT Analyst Stoke-on-Trent

Working with a well-established client in Stoke-on-Trent who is looking to add an IT Analyst to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1 2 years of IT support experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.

You ll join a supportive IT team of around 20 people, providing high-quality technical support both on-site and remotely. You ll play a key role in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving IT tickets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first- and second-line support to internal users, both in person and remotely
• Respond to and resolve IT tickets in a timely and professional manner
• Perform routine maintenance checks, software updates, and system monitoring
• Support software and hardware troubleshooting and configuration
• Participate in IT projects including system upgrades, infrastructure changes, and software rollouts

Techstack:

• Microsoft environment (Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, etc.)
• Hardware and peripheral troubleshooting
• Ticketing systems and remote support tools
