Who we are looking for

A Junior Workplace Developer, who will develop internal applications to support key Business functions.

Working closely with the existing building management software, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to capture requirements. You will create and design the UX (user experience), whilst developing and testing mobile applications, managing them through the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC).

In this role it is critical that you identify and anticipate changes in technology that may have either a positive or negative impact and offer alternate or future solutions to consider and adopt.

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter who will operate with a sense of urgency, whilst demonstrating flexibility and openness to learning new and exciting technology skills. The role demands high levels of trust, confidence and professionalism at all times.

An on-site presence and travelling to other office locations will be required.

Preferred skills and experience

• Experience in developing applications for Apple iOS devices with Xcode.
• Experience in Swift or Swift UI.
• Linux and Golang server experience.
• Integration with 3rd party web services and APIs.
• Continuous development and integration.
• Code management and version control.
• Strong knowledge of application development technologies, both native and hybrid.
• Good communications skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team.
• Educated to degree level or similar discipline.

• Releasing and managing software.
• Troubleshooting and application support.
• Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends.
