Are you experienced in the care sector and ready to step into a dynamic 360 recruitment role where youll be rewarded for your ambition, commercial drive, and sector expertise?
At SMarter Recruitment, we are expanding our care division and looking for a confident, proactive Recruitment Consultant to build and manage a desk within the care sector. Youll be responsible for both business development and candidate delivery, working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow a care recruitment desk with a mix of temp and perm vacancies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with care providers across the region
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through outbound activity
- Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates in line with client expectations
- Deliver a consultative, compliant, and solution-led service to both clients and candidates
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process from lead generation to placement
About You:
- Proven experience in recruitment is essential ideally within the health or care sector
- A strong understanding of both the sales and delivery aspects of 360 recruitment
- Confident, articulate, and professional in communication
- Driven by results, with a proactive and commercially focused mindset
- Highly organised, able to manage a busy desk and prioritise effectively
What Youll Receive:
- £27,000 £30,000 depending on experience
- Uncapped commission structure
