We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, quality-driven Service Lead with a proven track record of managing a team of staff, with experience in leadership and management to join our team on a full-time basis. We are seeking a candidate with previous experience working in mental health that will collaborate with senior management, have strong leadership skills and is self-motivated and ambitious. You will have a good understanding of CQC regulations and be able to recognise the need for referral to statutory bodies (safeguarding, DoLS, MHA, MCA).

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Level 3 Health and Social Care
• Experience in a care setting
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience working with young people and/or adults with Learning disabilities, Autism and mental health problems
