Day Shifts: 08:00-20:00

Essential Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration.
  • Contemporary clinical knowledge.
  • Prior experience in Care / Nursing Homes or similar settings is required.

  • Supervise care staff, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of care.
  • Develop comprehensive care plans and conduct detailed risk assessments.
  • Lead and mentor care staff to deliver exceptional resident care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation using modern systems.
  • Oversee medicine management in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Make timely decisions and provide guidance based on clinical expertise.
  • Uphold professional standards in line with the NMC Code of Practice.
