Practice Development Support Location: Civic Centre, ST4 1RN Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 6+ Months Working Hours: Mon Fri, 09 00, 37 Hours per week Pay Rate: £ 33.24 per hour Job Ref: (phone number removed) Responsibilities
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of practice strategies within social and healthcare settings.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and contribute to child protection initiatives.
  • Engage in effective communication with stakeholders to facilitate continuous improvement in practice.
  • Manage and support staff to achieve organizational objectives.
Person Specification
  • Qualified professional with a minimum of three years post-qualifying experience in social and healthcare settings.
  • Registered with Social Work England and possess a valid registration number.
  • Proficient in IT and possess strong communication skills.
  • Experience in staff management and the ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform risk assessments and implement child protection measures.
  • Eligible to work in the UK with verified documentation.
