- Provide support in the development and implementation of practice strategies within social and healthcare settings.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and contribute to child protection initiatives.
- Engage in effective communication with stakeholders to facilitate continuous improvement in practice.
- Manage and support staff to achieve organizational objectives.
- Qualified professional with a minimum of three years post-qualifying experience in social and healthcare settings.
- Registered with Social Work England and possess a valid registration number.
- Proficient in IT and possess strong communication skills.
- Experience in staff management and the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to perform risk assessments and implement child protection measures.
- Eligible to work in the UK with verified documentation.
