The Position

As an Optical Assistant, you'll be involved in all aspects of the patient journey and will play a key role in delivering a high standard of service throughout the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Dispensing a wide range of lenses and frames confidently. • Supporting clinics in a fast-paced environment. • Delivering excellent customer service at every stage of the patient experience. • Working within a team-focused environment that prioritises care over aggressive sales targets. • Bringing a positive attitude and contributing ideas to help improve the practice further.

About You

We're looking for an Optical Assistant who already has at least 12 months of experience within optics and is comfortable working in a busy practice environment. You'll be personable, reliable, and confident when dispensing, with a strong focus on patient care and teamwork.
