We are seeking an experienced and motivated OFSTED Registered Manager to lead our brand-new 4-bed Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) home in Stoke-on-Trent. • Provide strong, child-focused leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and safeguarding.

• Oversee daily operations, compliance, and management of the home in line with OFSTED regulations.

• Build, develop, and inspire a team of dedicated care professionals.

• Ensure individualised care plans and positive outcomes for all young people.

• Drive continuous improvement and maintain a Good or Outstanding OFSTED rating.

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children s residential setting.

• Strong knowledge of OFSTED regulations and Children s Homes Regulations 2015.

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

• Excellent leadership, safeguarding, and communication skills.
