Occupational Therapy Team Manager Location: Civic Centre, ST4 1RN Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 3+ Months Working Hours: Mon Fri, 09 00, 37 Hours per week Pay Rate: £ 42.50 per hour Job Ref: (phone number removed) Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain rapport with key partners to optimize citizen outcomes.
  • Foster relationships with team members and external partners, demonstrating emotional intelligence.
  • Cover the entire geographic area of Stoke on Trent effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to Adults Safeguarding principles and best practices.
  • Apply key legislation and guidance in work with adults.
  • Implement relevant council policies and procedures.
  • Utilize health and social care systems efficiently.
Person Specification
  • Recognized qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Sound knowledge of evidence-based occupational therapy models, approaches, and interventions.
  • Excellent skills in relevant IT systems, including Liquid Logic, Outlook, and electronic records systems.
