The service supports adults with acquired brain injuries and complex needs, delivering highly specialist care in a therapeutic, outcome-focused environment. You will work as part of a transdisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based interventions, supporting goal setting with service users and carers, and helping to maximise independence and quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Conduct neurological assessments and rehabilitation planning Deliver interventions to support function, ADLs, and cognitive rehab Assess environmental and equipment needs, including seating Use clinical outcome measures (FIM/FAM, WHIM, CRS-R, TOMS) Support complex discharge planning and liaise with community services Supervise OT assistants and students Contribute to the delivery and development of evidence-based practice Essential Criteria: HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist Strong clinical knowledge in neurorehabilitation or complex needs Experience working within MDTs and using outcome measures Skilled in planning and evaluating treatment interventions Ability to manage a designated caseload independently Service Overview: This purpose-built neurological service provides rehabilitation for adults over 18 with acquired brain injury and complex behavioural needs. ABC Teachers are seeking a nursery assistant or EYFS TA to work in a day nursery within the Blythe-bridge area starting as soon as possible. This would be on a fulltime or part time basis and the hours would be 8:30-3:30 but may fluctuate within the afternoon with finishes at 5pm.
