Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful opening and long-term operation of the nursery
  • Set a tone of warmth, trust, and high standards from day one
  • Ensure compliance with EYFS and Guernseys local regulatory frameworks
  • Partner with parents, professionals, and the wider island community
  • Inspire your team to deliver best-in-class care, education, and support
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across Busy Bees UK to deliver excellence

You Bring

  • A Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
  • Minimum 2 years experience managing or deputy managing a nursery setting
  • A genuine passion for building and leading teams
  • A strong knowledge of EYFS and commitment to child-led learning
  • Ambition to create a new centre culture from scratch
  • Leadership that balances kindness, high expectations, and joy
