Interim Registered Manager - Elderly Care Home

Location: West Sussex

Contract: Interim (3-6 months, with potential for extension)

A well-established elderly care home in West Sussex are seeking an experienced and compassionate Interim Registered Manager to provide leadership and operational support during a transitional period. • Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and uphold the highest standards of care

• Lead and motivate the care team, fostering a culture of respect, empathy, and professionalism

• Build strong relationships with families, external agencies, and stakeholders

The ideal candidate will:

• Be registered with the CQC or eligible for registration

• Have proven experience managing residential care services for older adults

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in elderly care
