What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in managing a residential care home

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team

• A stable career history with a track record of commitment and longevity

• A solid inspection record, ideally with Good or Outstanding CQC outcomes

• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of dementia and mental health care (preferred)

• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent qualification)
