Spencer Clarke are currently Recruiting for a Deputy Manager; this is to work in a home for children and young people with complex needs in Newcastle-Under-Lyme

The home is run by a fantastic organisation with a clear vision for the young people in their care, transparent plans for progression and professional development for all members of staff. As Deputy Manager you will be working closely with the Registered Manager to support your development What the Company Offer

What The Post Requires

  • A minimum of 3 years experience working with children and young people in Residential Childcare
  • At least 2 years supervisory experience with Staff in a Children's Home
  • NVQ Level 3 In Children and Young People's Workforce/Residential Childcare
  • Extensive knowledge around working with children and young people with Challenging Behaviour
