Organise periodic competence assessments and practical welding tests. Arrange requalification testing for welders performing welds on cast steel components per maintenance intervals.Requirements: Ideally completed an apprenticeship in welding, sheet metal work, fabrication, or a similar discipline Strong fabrication and welding background Experience in Rail (Desired) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Flexibility to work overtime when required Experience in understanding and working from a WPS
