We are looking for an experienced/competent Stick Welder (MMA/SMAW), choice of shifts Days Noons or once settled in you could choose to go to Nights all optional. There is plenty of overtime available most do 1 or 2 hours on the end of each shift and we ask for weekend overtime to be shared out so currently everyone does two weekends per month (6 hours on a Saturday or Sunday) but more if you would like more.

Starting hourly rates therefore vary depending on shifts and overtime from 14.41 (Days) to 28.82 (Sundays) plus weekly shift allowance 167 for Noons and 209 for nights on top of this there is also a Team related bonus of either 5 or 10% of total monthly earnings including bonus and overtime for the past 6 months they have all been achieving maximum bonus.
