A new opportunity has become available for skilled Paint Technicians to join a busy manufacturing environment in Stoke-on-Trent . This is a night shift role offered on a temp-to-perm basis, ideal for candidates seeking long-term stability.

The Role:

Working within the finishing department, you will be responsible for preparing, treating, and coating a range of metal components to a high standard. This includes paint spraying, surface finishing, and shot blasting as part of the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out paint spraying on metal components and assemblies
• Prepare surfaces including cleaning, masking, and shot blasting
• Perform finishing tasks to ensure a high-quality final product
• Inspect work to ensure it meets required specifications
• Maintain equipment and ensure work areas are clean and safe
• Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous experience in paint spraying within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Knowledge of shot blasting and surface preparation techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently on night shifts
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures
• Reliable and flexible approach to work
