Welder (MIG) Location: ST4, Stoke-on-TrentJob Type: Ongoing Salary: £13.83 - £14.86 per hour (dependent on experience and weld test results)Hours: 39 hours per week
  • Monday Thursday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM 3:30 PM
We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our client s team on a full-time, ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in MIG welding on medium to heavy gauge steel and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production welding environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform MIG welding on medium to heavy gauge steel within a production setting.
  • Ensure high-quality welds that meet company and industry standards.
  • Work efficiently within a busy production team.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of MIG welding experience on medium to heavy gauge steel.
  • Ability to work in a production welding environment.
  • Successful completion of a weld test as part of the interview process.
  • Robot operator experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test on the first day of induction as per company policy.
