What is expected?

You will report into the service manager and responsible for carrying out servicing, breakdowns and thorough examinations on external customer sites.

Here is a snapshot of some of your responsibilities: -

  • Responsible for service and repair work
  • Site visits across Stoke area
  • Carry out site specific risk assessments as required.
  • Comply with the safe systems of work and procedures.
  • Ensure that feedback is given to customers.
  • Completed all the necessary paperwork after each site visit.

What would make you a perfect fit?

  • A sound mechanical engineering background is essential especially with material handling products.
  • Strong customer facing experience.
  • Experience with plant, forklifts, HGV, agricultural, or similar equipment
