This is a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Sales Manager with good Commercial Management experience to join a global company supporting the General Manager with the Sales and Strategy within a variety of niche Global Businesses.

You will manage an established network of Global Dealers and Distributors helping with their customer base and introducing new products as a Technical Sales Manager/Consultant and (also) have an input on the Commercial Strategic growth of the business. Commutable to Stoke on Trent Head Office but also happy to with worldwide travel perhaps 40% of your time, this is a new role within the company to allow the GM to become more hands off on the sales side as he transfers a large part of his work Sales responsibility on to you.

To secure the role you will need to be able to demonstrate a stable background within a Consultative Technical Sales environment with Overseas Travel experience managing remotely (when in the UK) and face to face Globally . In addition to your sales skills, you will have a good Commercial brain and enjoy a more holistic approach to Managing the Sales and growth of the business.

In return you will receive a very flexible basic salary based on your ability and experience (we can be very flexible to suit the ideal candidate), plus a personal bonus based on your individual and group performance, reporting directly to the UK based GM means your efforts will not only be noticed but rewarded too.
