Are you an Electrical Fitter with some mechanical knowledge looking for a dynamic position that can offer progression and training to become a fully qualified Maintenance Engineer?

On offer is the opportunity to join an exciting, stable and growing company in the agricultural industry. Established over 50 years ago they manufacture modern and unique equipment to distribute in the sector. They are looking for an Electrical Fitter to join their strong and close-knit team of 400 employees in the UK to maintain their current workflow and expand in the future.

This role involves electrical and mechanical preventative maintenance and some reactive maintenance on manufacturing such as pneumatics, gearboxes and automated machinery. The hours are contracted to 40 hours per week, 4 On 4 Off shifts for 06:00-16:00 and 12:00-22:00 on alternate weeks with no overtime.

This position would suit an Electrical Fitter with mechanical knowledge looking for a varied role that can offer training to develop your technical skillset at a business that can offer great work-life balance through a 4 On 4 Off shift pattern with no overtime.

The Role:
