An exciting opportunity has become available for a time-served CNC Turner to join a well-established and highly regarded precision engineering company based in Staffordshire. This is a permanent night shift position offering excellent shift premiums and overtime rates in a modern and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set, and operate CNC lathes to produce precision components
• Work with Fanuc controls; experience with Mazatrol controls is a bonus
• Interpret technical drawings to tight tolerances
• Ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout production
• Use CAD/CAM software where required (experience preferred but not essential)
• Work independently and as part of a skilled team

Requirements:

• Time-served engineer with recognised industry-standard qualifications
• Strong experience programming and setting CNC lathes
• Proficiency with Fanuc control systems (essential)
• Exposure to Mazatrol and CADCAM is advantageous
• Ability to work to tight deadlines with minimal supervision
