What you'll be doing:

  • Deliver sales and operational excellence for Industrial Site Services in Brownhills Region
  • Drive continuous improvement through lean management techniques
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage and develop business performance and profitability
  • Ensure safe working systems and promote safety culture
  • Coordinate with operational teams for work preparation and execution
  • Plan resources and service delivery to meet client expectations
  • Identify and implement growth opportunities
  • Oversee multiple depots to achieve overall business targets

  • IT literate to assist in reporting, record keeping and schedule planning
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Knowledge of industrial services is desirable
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in operational excellence and lean management
