The Opportunity

The School of Life Sciences at Keele University is seeking to appoint a Teaching Fellow in Environmental Geography and Ecology. This is a fixed term post (up to 2.5 years).

You will have a PhD awarded in a relevant geographical, environmental or ecological field, and experience of supporting student learning. You will be looking to develop a career in higher education and aspire to provide an exciting and inclusive learning experience for students.

You will work as part of our teaching teams to undertake classroom, laboratory and field-based teaching activities, including residential field courses, within the School of Life Sciences programmes. You will be involved in developing teaching materials, setting and marking assignments, supervising student projects, assessing student progress and providing feedback.

You will be provided with support and assistance from our team of experienced and innovative colleagues.
