The Opportunity
This post represents an exciting opportunity for a motivated team member to join a team of staff in Keele University's People and Organisational Development Directorate.
The Directorate is responsible for delivering a high-quality, responsive people service that supports colleagues and managers across the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding through to development, wellbeing and organisational change. Our focus is on creating an inclusive, supportive and high-performing working environment where individuals can do their best work.
We partner closely with leaders and teams to develop capability, embed effective people practices and drive continuous improvement in how we work.
The team brings together expertise across Operations, Organisational Development, Resourcing, Employee Relations, Payroll and Pensions, EDI, and Policy. By combining efficient, customer-focused services with strategic insight, we ensure that our people processes are not only delivered effectively but also contribute to the organisation's wider goals and long-term success.
