This role offers a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of Keele University's Paramedic Sciences team within the School of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences.

In this role, you will:

  • Play an important role in teaching and shaping the paramedic science curriculum for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
  • Undertake a lead role for modules or undertake development into that role and contribute to modules and programmes in the Paramedic Science area.
  • Work closely with colleagues in the School and across the University, as well as with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Support continuous curriculum development, ensuring students are well-prepared for the demands of paramedic practice.

We encourage professional growth, with the role initially focused on enhancing your teaching skills and scholarship activity.

Over time, there will be opportunities to develop recognised scholarship aligned with the School's areas of expertise in higher education.

What We are Looking For:

  • A degree or higher qualification in Paramedic Science or other health professions and related fields.
  • Current registration with the HCPC, GMC or NMC, with a clear record to practice.
  • Experience of teaching in a clinical or higher education setting, along with relevant hands-on experience in paramedic practice, emergency or urgent care in the UK.
