The principal responsibilities of the post holder are:

To oversee the Stafford Campus to ensure that outstanding levels of performance are maintained in teaching and learning and all aspects of the operation of the campus facilities.

To work in conjunction with the Principal and the wider Senior Team to promote and further develop the Stafford campus as an outstanding center of academic, vocational and skills based learning; To be the Senior lead for the development of promotion of Adult skills across the whole NSCG Group, and in particular to work with the Director of Adult Skills on the establishment and development of town center provision for adults in Stafford and Newcastle.

Required Skills and Experience:

Has extensive experience of campus wide management at a senior level.

Has demonstrable experience of current issues relating to curriculum development and teaching & learning.

Is able to lead the development and expansion of provision for adult learners across the NSCG Group.
