Due to the needs of the children, the ideal candidate will need to be experienced in working with a wide range of SEN in a classroom environment and in small groups/ 1:1. You will need the ability to provide tailored academic and emotional support to students while creating a safe environment that allows children and students to develop and thrive.What you will need: Experience and passion for working with SEN children. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the educational needs of students with a range of SEN. DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one. Excellent communication skills for building relationships with students, staff, and parents.
