• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to meet a range of needs (e.g., ASD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, SEMH)
• Creating inclusive, structured, and nurturing learning environments
• Developing EHCP-led targets and monitoring pupil progress
• Working collaboratively with TAs, therapists, and parents/carers
• Using creative, multi-sensory approaches to unlock potential

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has QTS or QTLS and experience in SEN or inclusive education
• Is confident in managing behaviour in a supportive, compassionate way
• Understands the importance of routine, patience, and positive reinforcement
• Is flexible, resilient, and truly passionate about helping young people thrive
