What You'll Be Doing:

As a Primary Teacher in our SEND provision, you will:

  • Deliver Inclusive Lessons: Design and deliver creative lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with various SEND, ensuring each child can thrive.
  • Support Emotional and Social Development: Encourage students to engage in physical activities that boost their confidence, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Adapt Your Teaching Methods: Use differentiated instruction to cater to the diverse abilities of each student.
  • Promote Positive Behaviour: Implement positive behaviour strategies and create a nurturing, supportive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with a Strong Team: Work closely with other teachers and SENCOs to provide holistic support for each student.
Who We're Looking For:
  • Primary Teachers passionate about SEND and eager to transition into this rewarding area of education.
  • Strong Communicators: Ability to engage, motivate, and support students with SEND.
  • Adaptable and Patient: Willing to tailor your teaching to suit the unique needs of each child.
  • DBS Check: You will need or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS Certificate.
