The Opportunity The School of Life Sciences is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Bioveterinary Science to develop and maintain a leading research programme in any branch of veterinary science. They will also contribute to teaching, particularly the development and delivery of our new Bioveterinary Science undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

This is a permanent position, representing a commitment to the long-term support and development of the successful candidate. The School of Life Sciences has existing research strengths in infectious diseases of humans, plants and animals, bioengineering, entomology, biotechnology, neuroscience, and ecology.

Our research is supported by a newly built insectary and containment level 2 and 3 laboratory suites. We benefit from close collaborations with the Harper & Keele Veterinary School and the Keele School of Medicine.

We are looking for an early career researcher with a genuine love for knowledge discovery, a capacity for innovation, and a strong collaborative ethic. You will have a Ph.D. in any field relating to veterinary science and a track record of academic achievement which demonstrates your potential to lead an independent programme of research within the school. A degree in veterinary science would be an advantage. You will be able to incorporate your knowledge, expertise and experiences into exciting learning opportunities for undergraduate and postgraduate students.

SEN Teacher - KS3/KS4A specialist provision in Stoke-On-Trent are seeking a experienced SEN Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis.
