We are supporting a vibrant primary school seeking a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave.This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with enthusiastic young learners and supportive teaching staff in a nurturing and inclusive environment.Key Responsibilities:- Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons tailored to the diverse needs of pupils- Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils engage with learning activities- Help manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive and productive atmosphere- Prepare and organise teaching resources and materials- Collaborate with staff to monitor pupil progress and contribute to assessment processes- Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all pupilsCandidate Requirements:- Recognised Level 3 qualification or above in childcare or education- Previous experience supporting children in an educational setting preferred- A genuine passion for helping children succeed and thrive- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils- Basic understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculumIf you are a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant ready to support young learners on their educational journey, we would love to hear from you!Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
