  • Manage the timely and effective delivery of the curriculum, ensuring a high-quality provision is delivered.
  • Overseeing of financial performance to ensure profitability by maximising contract performance.
  • To ensure that quality assurance and improvement processes are in place and that a culture of continuous service improvement is embedded.
  • Identify areas of improvement and drive change for success across the Education team.
  • Work alongside internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high-quality curriculum is developed.
  • Maximise contract performance to ensure all contractual targets and obligations are met.
  • Maintain knowledge on key policy developments in relation to teaching, learning and assessment.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships (internally and externally).
Essential Criteria:
  • Hold QTS or equivalent
  • Must have experience of leading within an education setting.
  • Must have experience of financial management and delivery against service level agreements.
  • Experience of curriculum development.
