- Full 360 role, account managing existing clients, and also being on the lookout for new opportunities with new businesses
- Managing a candidate base and effectively communicating and matching to roles
- Registering candidates and obtaining the relevant paperwork
- Writing job adverts
- Visiting clients
- Attending networking meetings within the area to build relationships and promote Brampton Recruitment positively within the business community
- Proven recruitment experience, either in-house or agency background would be an advantage
- Someone who can work in a fast-paced environment
- A team player
- Ability to work on multiple projects
