This role will be a 360 role, managing some existing clients and also being proactive in bringing new clients to the Agency. • Full 360 role, account managing existing clients, and also being on the lookout for new opportunities with new businesses
• Managing a candidate base and effectively communicating and matching to roles
• Registering candidates and obtaining the relevant paperwork
• Writing job adverts
• Visiting clients
• Attending networking meetings within the area to build relationships and promote Brampton Recruitment positively within the business community

It would be great to see Recruitment Consultants with the following experience:

• Proven recruitment experience, either in-house or agency background would be an advantage
• Someone who can work in a fast-paced environment
• A team player
• Ability to work on multiple projects
• High attention to detail
• Proven business development experience
• Strong communication skills
• Good written and verbal skills
• Self-motivated and confident
• Able to organise yourself
• MS Office skills
