Job Title: Business Development Manger

Salary: Up to £35,000 plus bonus

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm

Location: Newcastle Under Lyme (Covering Nationally 1 Office day per week)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies across multiple channels
  • Utilise data and analytics to identify and target potential customers
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimise lead generation campaigns
  • Conduct research to identify and qualify potential leads
  • Tailor outreach strategies to engage specific demographics or industries
  • Initiate and maintain effective communication with potential customers
  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel, addressing unique needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into active accounts
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to customer activation
  • Analyse and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Use analytics tools to measure campaign success and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer success
  • Provide insights and feedback to optimise the overall customer journey
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and account activation processes
  • Document best practices and success stories to share with the team
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices
  • Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced efficiency
  • Share knowledge and insights to foster a culture of continuous learning regarding new clients and the sector

About You:

  • The ideal candidate will possess experinace within shelving,POS,displays,shopfitting,merchandising/store development
  • Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and account activation
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
