Job Title: Site Manager Location: Stoke Contract Duration: approx 5 months (Start Date: 23/06/2025)
About the Role: Approach Personnel are proud to be working with our valued client on an exciting construction project in Stoke-on-Trent. We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage a works on a new build school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure work is progressing safely and according to plan
- Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
- Coordinate logistics and site resources
- Ensure quality control and timely completion of scheduled works
- Report progress to the project team and address any on-site issues promptly
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card
- Current SMSTS certification
- First Aid qualification
- Strong IT skills
