Quantity Surveyor - ResidentialHaslemere, SurreySalary: Up to £55,000 Dependant on experience level

My client is a bespoke high end residential developer based in the Haslemere area who due to continued growth they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

They are a family run business, several employees have been there many years and ensure that there is a great working environment for more long term employees to thrive. The position is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to really hone in and specialise in luxury projects.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is experienced working for residential developers (high end is a bonus, not essential). Level of experience is flexible, our client are open to candidates who are experienced surveyors, but also will be able to provide training if required for Junior / Assistant Surveyors too.

Requirements:

  • Construction/Surveying Qualifications (preferred)
  • Relevant experience (essential)
  • Team player, with a good work ethic and can do attitude (essential)
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Excellent Organisational Skills
