PSR are working with a Tier 1 Civil Engineering contractor, who specialise in clean and waste water infrastructure and non infrastructure. Who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to provide Commercial support on projects located across the North West.

Essential experience as a Quantity Surveyor

• Previous experience in the civil engineering industry
• HND/degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying
• Familiarity with NEC 3 & 4 forms of contracts and knowledge and understanding of Construction Law
• Have knowledge and experience in estimation and cost analysis.
• Excellent communication, numeric and computer literacy skills, proficient in Microsoft Office

Desirable experience as a Quantity Surveyor

• Member of RICS or other relevant professional body, or working towards
• CSCS card
• Experience in clean and/or waste water
