Job description

We are seeking a skilled Plasterer in Stoke On Trent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastering techniques and be proficient in using various tools and equipment. This role involves working on the refurb of offices involving dot & dab. This role will start ASAP

Responsibilities

• Apply plaster to walls and ceilings, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing, and applying bonding agents as necessary.
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively to achieve desired results.
• Work alongside other construction professionals, including bricklayers and carpenters, to coordinate tasks.
• Conduct repairs on existing plasterwork as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the installation of plasterboard where necessary.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Plasterer or in a similar role within the construction industry is essential.
• Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and masonry techniques is required.
• Ability to work at heights, including roofs, safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Plasterer Requirements:

• Must hold a valid CSCS Card
• Must be able to provide references from previous employers
• Valid ID/Passport
• Full PPE
