Responsibilities Include and are not limited to:

• Joinery / Tiling works
• Plastering (dot and dab)
• Skirting and Masticking
• Hanging doors and Fitting Kitchens
• Any other domestic trade duties etc.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid CSCS Card
• Asbestos Awareness (desirable)
• Must provide 2 recent references
• Own tools and transport
