Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and reliable FLAT roofer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a Experience in Roofing and a strong work ethic. This full-time role will involve a wide range of roofing tasks, including flat roofing and joinery. We are looking for someone who is punctual, has a positive "can-do" attitude, and is committed to delivering high-quality work.We offer a supportive, safety-focused work environment, where all necessary tools, PPE, and working attire are provided. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful completion of roofing projects, while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. Key Responsibilities: Install all aspects of Flat roofing to industry specifications and building codes. Install all aspects of flat roofing. A Full UK DRIVERS LICENSE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE Utilize hand and power tools to measure and cut materials with precision. Collaborate with team members on roofing projects, ensuring the structural integrity of all installations. Perform heavy lifting and assist with other construction tasks, including carpentry, as needed. Transport materials and tools to job sites, using a valid driving license. Follow all safety protocols and ensure that work sites remain secure and compliant with safety standards. Carry out all aspects of roofing work Requirements: Experience in Roofing, with a strong background in both pitched and flat roofing, chimney work, and joinery. A valid driver's license and the ability to transport materials and tools to job sites. Punctual, reliable, and driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Dedication to maintaining high safety standards and adhering to health and safety regulations. Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks, including heavy lifting. Salary and Benefits: Salary based on experience and skill level. Full-time position with an 8-hour shift (Monday to Friday).
